Windows XP - Are these shipping yet, anyone received one?

Having followed the various posts am I correct in assuming that no one has actually received a Windows XP version of the Aspire yet?

It seems that only Linux & SSD units are available, the higher spec 120Gb models are yet to appear?
 
I have the Linux version with 512 RAM and 120GB hard drive for a week now. I put the Windows XP on it.
 
Yes, they are shipping - at least here in the US. I received mine yesterday. I bought mine at J&R (http://www.jr.com). I just checked and they are already out of stock!

Yes, they are shipping. Local store has them now as well (1GB, XP Home, 120GB)
I have one on order that is in Purolator's hands atm. Hoping for Monday arrival
 
I have had a blue 1GB 120GB XP model on order since 14-07-08 in UK from CCLONLINE and the delivery date keeps getting bumped. Delivery is now supposed to be 27-08-08 but I won't hold my breath. I notice that PC world and Dixons have these 'in stock' on their web sites though but don't trust them........
 
I've had my white XP/1gig/120gig/3cell one for almost 2 weeks now, I think. Posting this message with it, actually. My oh my, being without one of these must *really* suck :P
 
First shipment in Norway was last week, but they are sold out by now.. did'nt get one? sorry it can take a month :cry:

As with most editions of the AAO the blue appears to be the difficult one to get.

Most versions of the AAO in white are available for next day delivery.
 
i have had blue xp 120HDD 1GB 6cell $409.88 from direct canada. i'm loving it so much. :D
 
dang, i didn't think they were selling them with 6cell yet.

I got mine from bestbuy for $350 , 1gb , 120gb hdd, windows xp , 3cell battery

i checked the next day and they were sold out :D , i just happened to randomly check them to so i got lucky

Ya same here, this unit is truly amazing. The free shipping from direct canada is very fast (ordered 10:24am Monday, recieved at 10:34am Tuesday). Plus only 5% tax! Great deal overall.
 
I have had my AAO 150: Windows XP/1GB RAM/120GB HDD for $409 (not including tax) from Zipzoomfly since 8-14.
 
Just got mine today from Play.com, waited 3 weeks, waiting for it to charge before I press the magic ON button. Ohh how I am waiting. Already brought my Wireless Laser Mouse with its Worlds smallest USB receiver and blue tooth mini usb receiver and new rubber case, rucksack, better bloody work.
