Dell Inspiron 7640 2in1 broken screen hinge

    Hi
    I have owned the laptop for 14 months, and today the screen hinge broke, the right side hinge is stuck doesn't rotate, broke when tried to fold the screen, it's a mechanical error in the hinge not accidental. Unfortunately warranty expired 5 weeks ago, what are my options? Would Dell repair it for a charge? Shall I extend warranty and then claim the fault? Photo attached.
