    Hi Guys!
Just wanted to know your favorite programs - or what you use on your Windows Aspire One and your version of Windows ;)

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic (Currently updating to Service Pack 1)
Edit: (Finished) Microsoft Windows Home Basic Service Pack 1
    My top programs:

    1. Mozilla Firefox - Where would I be without it ?
    2. VLC Media Player - Light, fast and nice! :)
    3. Microsoft Office 2003
    4. Foxit PDF Reader & Creator
    5. HyperCam 2

Notepad, Command Prompt and Visual Basic 2005 also are my friends... :)

    Thanks :p

In addition to several of the above fine XP utilities (all free, all small - what you accumulate over six years with one OS)

    7Zip (file zipper)
    FileRenamer Basic (bulk renaming)
TapeCalc (calculator replacement - probably gone from this world)
    Revo Uninstaller (hyper uninstall)
    Eraser (file shredder)
System Information for Windows Build 2008-07-20 Freeware Version
    Recuva (file recovery)
    TCPOptimizer (DSL tweaker)
    POP Peeper (email consolidator)
Secunia PSI and FileHippo (update checkers)
Auslogics Disk Defrag and Registry Defrag
SyncBack and SyncToy 2.0 (will pick one)
    MetaPad (notepad replacement)
    FreeBar (application launchers)
    Xplorer2 Lite (Win Explorer replacement)
Copernic Desktop Search (dislike snoopy Google)
Google Deskbar Web Search (without snoopy internal search - no longer supported)
    TclockEx (clock enhancer)
    Avira
    AdAware
    AxCrypt (file encryptor)
    TrueCrypt (volume encryptor)

    IE7:
    IE7 Pro (browser enhancer)
