Wireless Card issue?

Hi, new to this four, although ive been leeching around for A month or two trying to find out whats wrong with my Acer aspire one. The first time i ever took the computer out of the box, the Wifi never worked, only at lease ONCE OR TWICE,literally...its starting to piss me off, ive tried everything from flashing my bios~Installing New atheros drivers(i think, never knew what to do with the files when downloaded lol). The only sign, when i thought it was still intact and working was every time i start up my aspire one, the wifi would blink orange and shut off, and im stuck using my crappy wired wireless adaptor...I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!! please help me, should i just buy a new Intel Card and install it or send it back? :x ive been stuck with this problem for 2 months model is the aoa-150-1423 black 160gb 1gb win home sp3 wireless card in mine is the AR5007EG(model # of wireless atheros card)
