I have an old Toshiba with Windows Vista that I would like to access but have forgotten the password and did not previously create a password reset disk. I have tried booting in safe mode with command prompt but it still continues to load Windows. I have also tried to boot MS-DOS using a USB stick but can't get that to work. Can anyone suggest a way forward?
