Windows 7, driver questions.

Im the owner of an Acer Aspire 5738g, and have installed Windows 7 . The wi-fi, bluetooth(im not sure my model has this device, but the button is there) and backup, buttons are not working. I have installed the drivers(downloaded, acer hasnt provided a cd with drivers) and the button are dead. One more question, Do i have to install something for acer power smart technology?
