Windows 10 Hosted Network Drivers?

I've been looking around the web for around 2 months now, seems to me like this drivers simply doesn't exist for windows 10, but then there is people stating they have fixed their problems and now are able to create the hotspot without any third party software. So please guys if any of you could drop some knowledge on this topic I would be more than grateful.

I tried it and didn't work at all. I guess the problem is windows 10 still not supporting this feature for my hp device. There's many people in the same situation as I am right now, I can see them complaining everywhere but its merely a few people, so still no solution from windows. Its probably going to take more than ten people complaining for them to fix something.
