Webcam not working

    I have a 8.9" acer aspire. Whenever I open the webcam, it shows an error:

    creation of a video preview failed. Please check teh device connection and make sure that the device is not being used by another application or user


    I tried updaing driver, but that dindt work. Can someone help me? Im sorry if this has been answered already
