Visit the Acer support website, follow the prompts to select your model. You're looking for a download for the buttons. Usually a "quick launch", "Lanch Manager" or "Multimedia" buttons driver or software package.

There are only these drivers available on the ACER website:

    Chipset Driver
    3G Module Driver
    Audio Driver
    Bluetooth Driver
    Card Reader Driver
    Fingerprint Driver
    LAN Driver
    Modem Driver
    Other Drivers PhysX SystemSoftware
    SATA Driver AHCI
    Touchpad Driver
    VGA Driver
    WiMax Driver
    Atheros Wireless LAN Driver

    Which one should I install?

Generally speaking, you'll probably want to install all of them just to make sure your drivers are up to Acer's spec. You'll also want to check in the "Software" section for the launchmanager and others.

This happened to me after upgrading the OS from Vista to 7. I searched the Acer web site for a version of Launch Manager for Windows 7 64 bit and the problem was resolved. You will need to install a different version of Launch Manager than the one specified for your machine if you went from a 32 bit to 64 bit version of Windows.
