Video does NOT play !

Hi!
A small prob! Srry if this Q is too dumb!
I have many video file which plays fine on my desktop in windows media player but for some reason when I transferred it on my AA1 by a usb ONLY the sound plays it says some Codec error. No video !just sound.(weird!)
Can any of you help me out there!

Can you tell us what type of file it is, what encoded it, where was made,..... a bit more detail would help.

its a regular wmv. file.. abt 350 mb each...!
error says... 'The WVC 1 is req to play this file to determine if this codec is available to download , click web help!"
actually i m not connected on net through my AA1 and was looking for some offline help .

I avoided this as I loaded VLC as soon as I got my One.
