USplash for Aspire One

    yo guys new to this scene after just gettin my hands on the 8gb SSD AAO.

    instantly removed Linpus, sorry to the guys who seem to love this distro but it just isnt enough for my needs.

    tried Fedora 10 for a few days, but i found that the its alot slower than Ubuntu Ibex seems to be.

    i have now installed Ubuntu 8.10 and made the suggested changes in the Wiki, including replacing the drivers with madwifi. (ath5k gave me strange power levels in airodump-ng.)

    my question is..has anyone managed to find any 640x480 USplash Themes for the Aspire One...all the ones i have found have not worked and i have no idea how to make my own to be honest.

    any replys welcome

    and great forum btw, didnt know this thing had such a great scene, i bought it as a WiFi-tool (was planning on installing BT3.)
