    Hi,

I found a list of mobile phone and USB device drivers that ARE supported by fedor and linux. However, upon trying to yse my Nokia 6300 via USB cable, and it clearly not being recognized, it is clear that the AAO does not come with these installed. Where can I get the listed drivers/scripts, and how do I install them?

    Thanks!

    The following may be useful:

    http://www.gnokii.org/

I've used gnokii on linux before however I just got my AA1 and have the XP version. I will be putting Linpus on it after I get my restore partition backed up, etc, but until then I cannot confirm if it works. You may need need to compile from source if no binary is available. It's not as difficult as it sounds. After unpacking the archive it's typically (from within the archives directory) configure, make, make install (as root)

    Thanks for the hint!

I went to the website and read about it - it says that you can use it for send and receive sms, phonebook backup, etc., but it does not say if it supports opening a GPS/EDGE/3G connection for using the internet.... Any ideas?
