Unknown laptop problem

    My laptop (Acer Aspire E15) doesn't turns on properly, when I press power the battery light turns on but the display stays black, what can I do?

    Welcome to the laptop forums site

    It could be a windows boot problem, or a hard drive failure.

    Press the power button, then keep pressing the F2 “many times”
    until you can see the bios menu,look at the boot section, is the hard drive listed?

    The screen is just completely black, it doesnt shows anything

    There's may things that can cause a black screen.

    A simple broken fan, the screen is faulty, the ram is locked with static, a faulty motherboard.

    You must immediately press the F2 key after pressing the power button.

    Try removing the ram then refitting it it could be locked.

    Is the battery working and is the power supply unit working?

    When you have tried all of the above then it's a case of taking it to a computer shop.
