I just purchased an aspire one 110-1302 (in love with it). I've installed the current revision of 9.04 ubuntu UNR. I've installed the kernel at aspireonekernel.com, and followed a quick guide to get my sd slots working. I've disabled the UNR desktop, and have been using the classic desktop. The problem I'm having is that the desktop itself isn't functioning like it should be. Whenever I've used ubuntu on my desktop, the "classic" desktop shows mounted volumes, allows me to have the trash, system icons (computer, network, etc.), as well as my downloads from firefox, etc. However in the 9.04 UNR version, I can't have any icons on the desktop, and I can't even right click on it.

Is anyone else having this issue? or have I just missed something?
