    Hey all

I'm running Ubuntu 8.10, and I'm trying to stream video from my desktop, using a wireless connection. The file loads fine, both in VLC, or Totem, but usually less than a minute after it starts playing, the audio stops, and the video just freezes. sometimes I can close the player, and sometimes the whole machine freezes, and I have to perform a hard shutdown. I'm sure this isn't a wireless issue, because my signal is at like 96%, and I'm only a few feet from my router. I did all the Ubuntu video tweaks from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AspireOne. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance :)
