Trackpad on NEW 150 stopped working

The machine was running and closed lid thinking that would put machine to sleep. Came back 2 hrs later and machine sounded like it was still running. Opened it, battery showed little charge remaining, and trackpad showed no response. Cursor would not move with finger on trackpad.

Pressed power key and held 10 secs to turn machine off. Rebooted and trackpad still no workee. Did this a couple times in hopes of clearing up problem. No change. Now I am thinking about doing full restore and trying to start again.

This is an hour after I received the machine. I had hooked it to my wireless lan, erased the McAfee, downloaded Google Chrome. That's all.

Quick advice?

Thanks. Found that 30 minutes ago when looking through the Launch Manager Help. I must've hit it earlier when trying out other function keys. My apologies to all.
