the screen only fills up 2/3

    the aspire one (150) had the wrong screen resolution when i took it out of the box. i can't change it to 1024x600, it's looked in 1024x768. even on the bios boot screen. so it only fills 2/3 of the screen. i can't change the settings in the properties bar or anything. it doesn't even show up in the advanced properties.

    is this a common problem or should i take it back? is there a easy fix for this.
