Street Fighter 2008 - The Balance Edition error

    HI guys, anyone managed to play Street Fighter 2008 - The Balance Edition?

    Game doesnt load, get the error :

    Even using a1ctl with the resolution set to the above, game still gives the same error.

    is it possible to add a string to the ini to make this work?
