Sound issues with Acer Aspire 5

    I recently bought brand new Acer Aspire 5 A515-57-708E. Its specifications are:

    -INTEL CORE I7-1255U, speed - 3.5 - 4.7 GHz

    -RAM 16 GB

    -SSD 1000 GB

    -INTEL IRIS XE GRAPHIC.

    It is currently with Windows 10 Pro. However, there's sound issue - when I play a song no matter if it's from a player or a browser and simultaneously I start opening another program (for example Microsoft Word/Excel or any other), the sound starts breaking and crackling. After the program is opened, the sound is back to normal. What could be the reason?
