Sorry but cant find answer - how to install USB wifi dongle

    You may have seen my other post asking about my wifi not being available under the settings tab - so have bought a cheap linux compatible wifi dongle - will be happy if I can get it to work - which is the big question? never used linux before so not sure how to add to the laptop - all live ypdates are up to date and I know how to acces the terminal mode but from there - stuck. Any advice welcomed
