I think you need the patch because in 10.6.2 Apple blocked support for Atom processors to try to cut down on Netbook Hackintosh's.

The 10.6.2 kernel broke support for Atom CPUs, so find a 10.6.0 or 10.6.1 kernel, through it on the root of your AAOs HDD and type the name of the kernel at the chameleon bootloader.

Its true - but it also works, i have 10.6.2 running on my Aspire One A150. From the Hazard SL 10.6.2 client/server install image. Works very nicely:

    Working:
    -Display
    -External Display (not fully tested)
    -Camera
-Sound out (line out & speakers, switching works)
    -Sound in (only line in)
    -Battery level
    -Trackpad scrolling etc
-Wifi (swapped card for the Dell DW 1390 / Broadcom 8136, works natively)

    Not working:
    -Sleep, obviously
    -Internal Mic
    -Ethernet

Anyone have 10.6(.2) working with Ethernet or Internal mic? I'd like to get both working!
