Should I go for 3.2K with i9 13th Gen or 4K with i9 12th Gen?

    So the laptops in question are,

    1) Vivobook Pro 16X OLED (N7601ZM-MQ931WS) - With 4K, 60Hz, Core i9-12900H, RTX 3060
    Or,
    2) Vivobook Pro 16 OLED (K6602VU-LZ952WS) - With 3.2K, 120Hz, Core i9-13900H, RTX 4050

    I'm not heavy on gaming. I most possibly will use this for designing purposes and other normal documentation purposes. In my opinion, I want a fairly good screen and processing power. Battery shouldn't be weaker than 7 Hours. Thank you in advance.
