SetFSB not working after reinstalling windows 7

    yes its me again i got tired of the BOOTMGR is compressed error and decided to reinstall windows 7 but anyways i've tried many different versions of SetFSB using the IS9LPRS365BGLF clock generator.. with no luck i keep getting the PLL ID error, such as a previous post by someone else had only they tried another version and it worked for them.. any ideas? i've tried running as an admin, running under XP SP2 compatibility mode.. any ideas on how to get this running again? thanks!
