So I was flashing my bios to 3310 using macles' guide. It said that the laptop would restart by itself once finished, so when it got to "Flashing complete!" it didn't restart. I waited about 10 minutes, and I decided to restart it myself since it seemed like it finished flashing the bios. Now, theres no response from the netbook at all. When I press the power button, nothing happens, and when I connected the charger, theres no light that usually comes up. Please help me!

Remove the battery and hold the power button down for a minute, reinstall the battery and press the power button.

You flashed the AOA series bios on the D series. You will need to send the motherboard out to have the bios flashed correctly.

Oh, okay I see why now. So since I'm in the US, and don't want to ship my netbook to the UK, can I send it in to Acer and see if they can replace the mobo or something?

The company in the UK will fix your motherboard. Their price would appear to be $30.00 US, add in the cost of shipping $20.00 each way for a total of $70.00

Acer on the other hand will quote you the price of a new motherboard, mostly likely $300 dollars or more....

Search this site for a couple of threads with people that have the same problem, I have not heard any of them reporting back with a fix.
