You dont understand how long it takes to get all this working. or how long it takes to write a guide. it took me about an hour to write the guide I posted today.

look at the second post on that page.
to be fair, we shouldnt have to write guides for every percievable combination of hardware. if you dont have a dvd drive, work out how to burn a dmg to a usb stick. how do you think we learned?
Your best port of call is insanelymac.com for retail leopard, they have very very very in depth guides there.
I'm not trying to flame, just asking why you cant adapt whats here along with google to make it work.
May I ask why you have 10.5.4?

Sorry it was late, and if you look through my posts, they start like this (all cheerful) in the mornings and then at night gt angry. But im not angry in normal life at night only on forums lol.

I can say I ad so much troublle with boot 132 aswell. And because I didnt have any RW discs i wasted about 6. so annoying for a 100mb iso or whatever it is i wasted 30GB of discs.

Like I linked to, there is a guide but I wanted to use it and its not on the server. which is very useful indeed.

I'm guessing you were looking on rapidshare and other http places for 10.5.5. I too had this problem but eventually found it I think. I am not allowed to use file sharing here at uni, but I just use rapidshare instead (until my stupid account ran out yesterday) and I got iakoos v5 off a torrent. they really should have caught me, I have probably downloaded over 50gb, and at least 10 of that was torrents :p

anyway i hope your guide making goes well. I hope to see one soon.
(btw, my iatkos 5i method is fully vanilla)

The biggest problem I have found is that Boot 132 does not seem to recognise Flash Drives. I cannot seem to get it to view the USB disk as a valid boot disk. I can use boot 132 FROM a flash drive however ... weird.

I was able to do it from a USB to IDE connected hard drive however. It worked using device 82 in the boot 132 menu. But I cannot find a device ID for the flash drive, if you can, score!
