Replcement Batteries

    Plugged in, not charging.
    Recently I have purchased a replacement battery for my Acer TravelMate P653-M. When installed I receive the message above. In fact, I have purchased 4 batteries from different suppliers and all have the same result. The original battery charges just fine. I bought the replacements as a spare for long trips. My wife has the same model Acer with the same results. I have tried various methods to rectify this issue as described on different web forums. We are running Windows 10pro. Any help would be most appreciated.
