Actually this is related to previous discussion on Go-home icon.

I got rid of the Go-home launcher in xfce toolbar and replaced that with Show-desktop launcher that functions better. I would like to change the icon but could not find the file that refers to this icon. I believe the icon is the gnome-fs-desktop.png in the Rodent folder. But searching for that file is so difficult. Thunar searches like eternity ... Can somebody help?

This is very late so you probably solved the problem already. Otherwise:

Desktop > Right-click > Advanced menu > Settings > User interface preferences > Icon theme

There is no such "Advanced menu". Is it Linux or windows?
    Thanks anyway.

You need to enable the advanced mode under Linpus in order to get to the xfce menu by right-clicking whilst on the desktop.

Press Alt+F2 simultaneously > "Run program" dialog pops up > type: xfce-setting-show > press Run > right click on your desktop

And "advanced menu" = "advanced mode" = "xfce menu". It´s all the same thing.

    Hope that helps. :)

    :D Thanks ...

I change the icon, though I can't put my preferred icon, i.e. from "Show desktop" to "Go home".
