Hoping someone could help me find the right replacement battery for my Vaio laptop model # VJS131C11L. I asked a customer rep at Newegg and they said they couldn’t tell me and I’d need to determine myself. I then contacted Vaio’s customer support and they said my only option was to send the laptop to them so they could replace the battery. I assume it is possible for a non-computer professional but very handy person to replace the battery themselves? Of course I’d need to actually find a battery compatible with this laptop model and obtaining the battery is step one. Any help you all can give is greatly appreciated!
