Reinstall OS X 10.5.5 - 10.5.7

    Hello -- I'm new here.

    I did the auto upgrade from 10.5.5 to 10.5.7 and now when I try to boot up it got all screwy. I have the grey boot screen and it locks up. I can get in via safe mode but have no idea what to do when I'm in.

    Can anyone help here? What should I do? I'm a total beginner.

    The guy who helped me get things up and running (dual boot) no longer works at the company I work for is no longer answering my emails :-(.

    Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks!

    hmm, i think you might want to download the 10.5.7 iDeneb or Aktos equivalent dvd and maybe just restart over. its easier to fix than to back track.
