I've been trying to find a solution for recording audio and video in synch on my AA150 with Windows XP. I first tried using MovieMaker's capture feature, but the audio lagged way behind the video. Then I used "Debut Video Capture" from NCH Software and get similar results. Is there any software or trick that will allow me to record with audio matching the video?

    Thanks.

    windows media encoder ?
It is a drop frame format, so it may force sync by making the video choppy.

Things to try- reduce the data rate by either reducing the resolution, framerate, audio sample rate, and / or record in a smallish lightly compressed temporary format and compress it to something smaller when you are finished with it.

mpeg 1, ms video one, or a light cinipack level. those should work.

http://www.vcdhelp.com will give you more info on the formats than you will need.

Try screen recording programs such as camtasia studio.
