Question on ram

    I have an aspire one d250-1165. It came with a 1gb chip installed as stock. I removed it, and installed a 2gb chip to upgrade and all is well. I'm in the process of selling off the 1gb chip as I no longer need it, but have been asked if the 1gb chip is pc5300 or pc6400. I've looked everywhere online and can't find the answer. I can physically see that the chip is a hynix. All tech specs states it's 1gb ddr2 533. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Well I got off my lazy butt and reinstalled the ram, and ran cpu-z which spat out the info for anyone who is wondering it's pc2 5300 (333mhz)
