problem with task bar icons / start menu

    Hi,

    I had the no network icon problem after a live update and somehow after fixing that get 10 icons appearing to the right of th system tray icons...

    want to know how to stop them appearing on the right... image attached. ta!

    Looks like you've managed to drag multiple task lists onto your panel. Do alt-f2 then
    Code:
    xfce4-panel -a
    to get the panel items dialog up, and drag them away. You'll probably find that it appears not to do anything when you drag them - just continue, and changes are updated when you close the dialog.
