Please help with videos.

    I'm a total noob.

    Can someone please tell me how to play videos on my aspire one? I don't have the right codecs to play any of the types of files that I've tried. And it only plays sound. I'm just using whichever software came with it, and everything is at factory settings. Please help!

    If this is a Linux box then go for VLC, there are lots of threads here with instructions.
