pfSense Configuration

Has anyone gone through and configured a pfSense VM for IPSec VPN tunnels? I'm trying to set one up at work and am not having much success at the moment. It seems like everything I try is just not cooperating at all. I've set it up previously with Cisco and Sonicwall Devices without any issue. I'm not sure what's going wrong on this end.
