Other mini PCI-E card instead of 3G card?

Hi Is it possible to mount another Mini Pci-E card in my Aspire One D150, instead of my factory mounted 3G card(Option GTM380)? If yes, what other cards are there, like tv tuners, Turbo Memory, SSD drives? Maybe a Pci to USB card, so i could mount lets say a 32Gb USB disc where the 3G card where?
