Opolar LC05 Laptop Cooler with Vacuum Fan

Looking for a better replacement for cooling pads for my laptop i have found this vacuum fan type of thing. [IMG]http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41Ct8bQkDLL._AA160_.jpg[/IMG] Has anybody tried this? it has great reviews on amazon but I'm not really sure as of now, I was just wondering if any of you guys have actually tried this.
