    Hello,

since last live update my AA1 (running with LINPUS of course) won't switch to standby neither by closing the lid nor pressing Fn + F4 (Zz). I always have to choose from the menu behind the "button" on the right lower corner to switch to standby. It's uncomfortable and I do not understand, why this functionallity has been deleted. Is there any information from Acer regarding this issue? Will there be a patch or update to be come next time? Is there any official representative of Acer reading and recognizing issues mentioned in this forum?

I know of a friend who has the same problem. We both are no linux-novices and we are able to use terminals and command lines, but we didn't find any solution to the power saving problem described above.

Thank you in advance for your help.
