No display

    Hello everyone, would appreciate inputs on what to do with laptop without display. However if connected to external monitor there is display and operates normally. Thanks in advance.

    I think you need to have a tech check your laptop for it may just be the connection. It happaned to our desktop when it was pretty new. We had a hard time diagnosing the problem so we decided to bring the computer to the tech. After disassembling, we called the tech and he gave us instructions to test it. And when we re-assembled the computer, the monitor was working. Well, the reason for the blackout? The maid cleaned the computer table and maybe had accidentally hit the cable that was loosened.

    There could be a multiple of reasons for this happening, some of them are simple others more complex. The ideal is if you don't have a lot of experience with building computers is to take it to specialist. He will diagnose the problem more accurately.
