New Laptop Purchase

    Hi,
    I'm going to purchase a new laptop.
    Requirements
    • CPU: Intel 8Gen i7/i9 or Xeon
    • Size: 17" is OK, but 15" is better.
    • Graphics: GTX1070/GTX1080 without MAX-Q
    • Display: 2k-4k IPS 100%sRGB or higher
    • Memory: 16GB DDR4 2400 or higher
    • Storage: 256GB+ PCIE NVME SSD (NO HDD)
    • Usage: Programming (Machine Learning) & Gaming
    • Portable: thinner is better, but the weight doesn't matter.
    • Color: Black (any dark color is OK)
    • Brands: Dell Asus (ROG) Gigabyte Razer MSI
    • I want to use it for 3 years
    • Less throttling is better
    • Budget: All computers under $5000 is OK, but the performance and portability are important.
    Could you give me some advice on which laptop should I buy?
