Good to know. I hadn't gotten around to trying it yet but my last experience with a beta left me with little desire to try another beta.

I am very pleased with Beta 1, which performed much better than the Beta 2 (which didn't support hardware acceleration with GMA500). However I am gonna give this beta 3 a try, hoping that it supports the required hardware acceleration.

I have kept the installer for Beta 1 in my disk, just in case... ;)

Tested and it's worse than b1..HW acceleration is used worse than in b1 . Beta 3 is faster than beta 2 only(which hasn't HW acceleration support)

Only for windows 7 with video driver 2020.

All of us with the stock installation XP look like we are stuck.

*** Has anyone tested this in Windows 7 with the latest drivers? ***

I don't want to install this if it's going to kill the acceleration I've already got with Beta 1. However, if nobody has tested in Windows 7, I'm game for being guinea pig...

I am using Windows 7 Pro, GMA drivers 2020 and Flash Player beta 3. I think beta 3 is equally fast as the beta 1. I will be happy to provide more detailed results if you have any suggetsions about a flash benchmarking tool.

That's detailed enough for me! I'm going to install it today.
