Need suggestions for what will match these specs?

Right now I'm running a Toshiba Satellite a305 that I purchased in 06 or 07 so I do keep them a long time. It still runs as good as the day I got it but it's time for a upgrade. I have done a lot of research and know what I want as far as specs goes but not sure as far as brand. If you could give me suggestions on brands and models or any input it will be appreciated.
Specs I want
I7 6th or 7th gen quad core (if up-gradable even better)
8 gigs ddr4 ram or more ( should be upgrade-able to 32)
1 tb 7200rpm HDD
have a separate SSD mount (or have a SSD installed)
NO hybrid drive
backlit keyboard
gigabit lan and wifi ac
ISP display or similar
15" or bigger
dedicated graphics card
Here the big one
dual cooling fans (preferable rear exhaust for both)
And the biggest one of all
keep it between 750 and 1000 dollars US (Less than 750 would be fanf'ntastic)
I have seen some MSI's and ASUS ROG's manufacture refurbish that hit the mark but the build quality sucks on the all plastic models.
Any help, suggestions, or input of any type will be greatly appreciated.
