Need Help aking My Desktop Look Cool!

    I'm looking at everyone's desktops, and I am quite impressed. I already have the vista look-a-like thing, but now I want like a clock on my screen and those sort of gadgets. Not the google gadgets, but the ones I've seen on here. Can anyone help me with this?

    would the rocket dock icons add them to my desktop instead of the dock itself? I want them for my desktop.
