Need a quick answer I hope!

Hi everybody! Brand new to this forum and I am getting ready to order my Aspire One AO150. Gotta have XP. My questions are this:

1. Can I run my Verizon Broadband wireless on this laptop (Have the USB Verison card)

2. Can I print using a USB based portable printer?

3. I take it I have to get an external CD drive to install programs right?

I travel alot and do outside sales and am getting tired of setting up my 15.4 laptop at the custoers house and want something smaller and something I can hook a portable printer to at the customers table and also REALLY need to run my Verizon Broadband wireless through the laptop because my sales do involve the internet every time.

My main concern here is to run my Verizon on this thing! If I can't do that, I'll have to go to a 12.1 or 13.3 screen laptop which I really don't want to do! Hope somebody can answer my question on just the Verizon thing! I hope, I hope!

both will work! if you have the driver for the devices then you are good to go!

 

cool--thank you very much! I'll buy a cheap external cd drive to install my Verizon cd for the boradband and anything else I want to install! I'll buy a mini retractable USB mouse an I should be good to go I guess.

 

You can install programs over a network without the usb dvd drive. You could also use a dvd drive from another computer across the network.
