my file has white page

    Hello, I have an issue when downloading an astrolog, it shows a white page instead of the file I expect to receive, the website is: https://astrolog.org/astrolog.htm, and sometimes it permits me to access this file with an app like open with notebook or internet explorer. I'm hoping for assistance.
