My ASUS VivoBook has slow internet speed then other house laptops. Help!

I bought a ASUS VivoBook for my daughter for xmas it seemed to working fine. In the last week though it has become incredibly slow for using the internet. I checked the wifi speed with an online test (fast.com) and it was 2.4 mbps and with my other laptops same wifi it is around 19 mbps. I have done a full scan using Norton antivirus and found nothing. I have tuned off Norton but it makes no difference. I have used the troubleshoot on Network settings and nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
