This is bound to be easy for somebody who isn't a newbie like me - I'm trying to mount a windows share with fstab. I can successfully mount it using mount -a but it doesn't mount on start up (until I do a mount -a after the network connections are established). I'm using the wireless connection and I assume that Linpus is reading fstab well before the wireless connection is established and so mounting is not possible. Also, once the share is established shutdown is a shade protracted presumably because the wireless connection is broken before the share is unmounted. Or something.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.
