motorola phonetools

    motorola phonetools does not allow my aa1 to connect to the internet using my A1200 motoming as a 2g modem. it works on the computer at work which is also running xp, but it can't get it to work on the aa1. it says that it is connected to the internet, but then when I try to load a page it says that I can not. Anyone else having this problem? I've looked on the web, no luck...

    it's ok now... I did a bit of playing around with it, randomly changing some settings untill finally I got it to work :) It's just a 2.5G connection (EvDo), but it means I didn't have to buy a usb modem from a SP like 3, Vodafone, Telstra or Optus. So, it's great for accessing my emails on the commute into work everyday. :D
