Due to onmemory board being 512MB and the chipset maximum support being 2GB you can only add a 1GB stick of ram to the board making it 1.5GB. If they released a BIOS update allowing to disable onboard memory then it would be possible to use a 2GB stick for a full 2GB of memory. So as for the moment is only 512MB onboard plus 1GB stick.

EDIT: I thought this was for the 8.9" so I don't really know if my statement is correct for the 10" aswell.

Yeah the 8.9 is different. The D150 does not have the 512mb on board memory at all. Only ships with 1gb ram stick, as easy as flip over, unscrew bottom panel, pop out stick, put in 2gb, and you have a full 2gb.
