Mac Volume Button - Auto Mute Error

    I have a relatively new MacBook and for some reason the volume automatically mutes itself. I took it in to the Apple Store and they replaced my entire keyboard. However the volume key is still going to Mute. I am wondering if there is anything I could try to possibly fix this problem?

    Note: There has not been any water damage

    You could do some searches to see if there is answer! If your laptop is still under warranty, I would take it back to the store and have them fixed it, but if it doesn't bother you and you can live with it, then try to fix it yourself to save travel time.
