Lost my webcam and line out audio?

    Running a 10.5.5 Kalyway install and for some reason the webcam and line out audio don't seem to work anymore? :?

    anyone got any solutions... i'm tempted to just start over again and reinstall the whole of OSX so that i can dual boot with a linux distro but on the other hand i want to keep the working osx that i have got if possible and just fix the small issues that i have?

    are there any kexts out there that i can use to fix this problem? its only happened recently so hopefully its nothing too bad?!
